Banners for Twins

Hello!

I just got back from Florida and will have to share some pictures later, but I wanted to get this project in by the deadline for the challenge (which is in about 2 hours!).

A friend asked if I could make banners for her identical twin girls after she saw the train banner I made for Malakai HERE. I was thrilled to do so! She said I could make them whenever, but when I saw this month's challenge on the Circle Blog was to use a banner, then I let her know they would be done this month! :) Aren't they the cutest!?!

They are just darling. Now, I have to say, after spending a few hours with them, there are a LOT of challenges that twin mommies have to deal with that we never even think about, but the pictures of them sleeping and holding hands while they eat are about the cutest things on the planet!

I made these banners based on what little I know of their personalities. I can't wait to watch these little ones grow up!

Kylie's banner. :)

Recipe:
Cartridges: Cake Basics™ (butterflies and letters) and Mother's Day Bouquet Seasonal Cartridge™ (I borrowed this from Roe at the Honeybee Swarm in Florida and LOVE it. I didn't think I would like this cart, but it is so neat for cutting flowers!!! It is now on my wish list!)
Cuttlebug Folders: Daisy Pattern™ (I borrowed this from BettyBee at the swarm. Thanks!)
Paper: Echo Park: A Walk in the Park™ and Little Girl
Solid Cardstock: Core'dinations, Paper Trey Ink™, and Cricut
Ribbon from my stash
Glossy Accents™

I hope you had a good time looking at this and it inspires you to make a banner for your own little one or a friend's little ones to put above their cribs!

Come back tomorrow morning for my final EAD Designs Guest Blogger post. It's going to be "turtle-y awesome".

This month is FLYING by! I will be in Florida when you read this and tomorrow I will be hanging out with my design teammates from Betty Bee's Buzz! We call ourselves the honeybees! So this is the project that I am made for our swarm! A swarm is when a bunch of ladies that are Cricut-crazy get together and craft!

Today I have a fun post made with EAD Designs Vinyl! You should have gotten here from the fabulous talented and wonderfully sweet Jenn's blog! If not, start back at the beginning at the EAD Designs blog for fun fun fun

I cut out the vinyl on my Cricut™ after using the Gypsy™ to place it all where I wanted it to be placed on the mat. Now, I should have flipped the whole image so that I could adhere the vinyl to the underside of the silk screen, but I forgot and ran out of vinyl so I just used this and it still worked perfectly!

Don't mind the bubbles - that was my hastiness and not a cause of the vinyl! About the vinyl... I have to tell you that I tried another vinyl before this one that I had won and thought that all vinyl was created equal. I am telling you right now that it is not the case. EAD Designs vinyl is SO much better! So while I had to find out the hard way, I will be promoting this vinyl with full confidence!

The finished product :) Yes, I just left them on the hangers and Yudu'd them as I was going quickly and wanted to hang them up to dry.

At the swarm, we were each instructed to bring a project that everyone can do, so they will be blinging out their t-shirts using the i-rock from Imaginisce! This is what I did to mine:

As I always show cards made with EAD Designs Stickerz, I just wanted to show another project using their vinyl to create an awesome product! I hope you enjoy them as much as I hope the girls enjoy them at the swarm!

Recipe:
Yudu
Cartridges: Sentimentals™ (bee) and Birthday Bash™ (font)

Don't forget to play in the color challenge this month! One random winner will win $20 of EAD goodness and everyone else gets a 25% off coupon! How great is that!?!

Now you are off to Lauren's blog

1st CHA Video

Greetings from Florida!

I TOTALLY forgot about my CHA videos! I'm so sorry!

Here is the first one - it's only a few minutes long and shows what the actual CHA part looks like and a little snippit from Echo Park Paper's Madison about their new lines!
I will be showing another video (or videos) with the Gala activities as that's where I took the most video and of all of the dancers!

Have a wonderful Sunday afternoon. I have two posts going up tomorrow so be sure to catch both! :)

Hugs to all!

EAD Designs Valentine's Hop!

***Scroll down for the Imaginisce Blog Hop***

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!

I hope you have something special planned even if it's ordering in pizza and having a glass of champagne solo. I used to do it all the time and put on an awesome chick-flick and buy yourself a single red rose while you're at it!

With all the money spent on Valentine's Day, I decided to cook a gourmet 5 course meal for 4 other friends complete with wine pairings. That way we could skip the super expensive meals, make our own, have a fabulous time together, and it takes the pressure off the men to have to make plans and execute. It's all on me! :)

You should have gotten here from the fabulous Jenn at Double N Designs and I am your last stop on the hop!

I am really excited about this card! I made it a while ago and it's just one of those that you look back on and say, "I am satisfied." I hope you like it!

Recipe:
Stickers: EAD Designs Postage Love on a white background
Cardstock: (Ocean Tides, Smokey Shadow, Stamper's Select White) Paper Trey Ink™, (pink) Cricut Cardstock Pad: Reds and Pinks™
Ink: Colorbox in black

Since I am the last stop on the hop, hop back over to EAD Designs and leave them some love! Don't forget to play in this month's color challenge where you can win $20 to EAD Designs AND even if you don't win, you get 25% off! How great is that!?!

Valentine projects at Imaginisce and CHA winner!

Good morning!

I am hosting a small Valentine's dinner with two other couples and I thought I should do some decorating!

So, this is something I made for the wall. I have had a lot of different plans for this board, but I like how this came out!

Sorry! Out for publication!!! :)

Recipe:
I cut the letters at 4.5" using the Cake Basics Cartridge™ with Imaginisce Garden Party "Wild Flowers".
I used the Roly Rosies by Imaginisce in Pink and Brights™.
I also used a few of the Pop-up Posies in Pink
Garden Party Collection Floral Flourishes in pinks and neutrals™.
Bloomin' Things Mesh Brads from Garden Party (they show online as pink and green, but they are actually pink and white.)
I attached EVERYTHING with my i-bond cordless glue gun. Totally in love with that glue gun!

************
I can't wait to get my little hands on the new colors for the Roly Rosies and Pop-Up Posies as well as the new fabric Roly Rosies! I provided the link in case you wanted to check them out! :)

Artful Delight with Graphic 45

EEK!!! I am SO excited as for two months we have all been looking forward to working with Graphic 45's Once Upon a Springtime! And wait until you see what is coming up... There might be some new CHA releases in there... Just sayin'!

I absolutely fell in love with these Peter Rabbit papers and the shabby chic vintage feel. I think this is such a fabulous kit and what Leeanne paired it with is perfect! This kit will be sold out quickly so pop on over if you would like it! The last two didn't even make it half way through the month!

The sentiment is really close to my heart as when I was a nanny of 4, I called one of the kiddos, "cutie patootie" all the time. She was three and she just thought it was SO funny. So this phrase warms my little heart.
